Prince Ricard. As with all my builds, this is all his equipment and this build is viable in both PvE and PvP. Technically, "Undead Prince Ricard". He is not crucial to the storyline, or even that difficult a fight. He pretty much just takes up space in the back of Sen's Fortress. His rapier is unique in that it can layer a ton of hits atop one another in quick succession if using the strong attack. Most people hate the hornet ring, but hey, if you can parry with this build, people will fall down and not get back up. Other than that, use your speed and kill them with a thousand cuts.
