Meant for karmic justice fishing. Can also be used with the red tearstone ring for even more damage or the wolf ring for some poise. The armor was mostly chosen for theme, it can be switched up however you like. Do try to keep the fast roll though. Items, covenant, and magic don't matter much and can be whatever you want.

Note: Karmic Justice damage runs off the magic adjust stat of the weapon in your right hand, so keep the tin crystallization catalyst on when you want it to go off.
