Standard rapier for pokes and high critical attacks (and my favorite R2 of all rapiers) falchion has good damage output and is very fast (fantastic moveset as well) SK shield for good defense and high stability when poking from behind shield and the composite bow does the most damage of all bows when you have 40/40 Str/Dex. .. also with those stats you can pretty much use any weapon you want!
