Inspired by Oroboro. The most important part is to 2-hand Havel's Greatshield, preferably without the enemy seeing, and use the R2 attack, which gives you a ~121 poise buff. The Wolf Ring hides this buff's appearance on you. After using the buff, unequip the shield and proceed to wreck face.
