My main dex build. Good armour combined with speed.
I have 16 str because I like using halberd, but you don't really need it if you go pure dex, same goes for int.
Havel's ring is necessary to keep fast rolling, but you can switch the other ring out for any other ring. You have about 9 weight to fill up before you
go into mid-roll.
