Simple and sweet, a murakumo build is essentially a dex build that can use a main mura and a small sheild and a comp bow/ mail breaker as backup. Don't underestimate backup weapons... in case of boredom/mixing shit up. You may use dex weapons and/or light str weapons/equality weapons
