Standard PvP build:
40 poise to survive light pokes (estoc, spear) without having to take dog ring (so you have that extra weight for fast roll)
fast roll to dodge str weapons
washing pole for standard combat while keeping a bit of range
Chaos Shotel for those damned turtles
grass crest shield (it's a given)
Lighting Avelyn for those casters with >30 dex or people trying to keep their distance
All while being completely versatile and can use 99% of the weapons in the game if you choose not to use the ones specified.
