Grass Crest Shield and Cloranthy Ring suggested for Stamina Regen and you can even put on the Mask of the Child for Stamina Regen also.
Heavy Weapon upgraded to Normal +15 and buffed with Darkmoon Blade, Sunlight Blade, or your choice of resins.
