Darkmoon Blade could be switched out for something else, (I'd go with another SLB or WoG) if you want a different covenant. Seems active at this level, though.
The Gauntlets of Thorns are for backstab fishers, rolling into them before the animation starts sometimes cancels it. Might be able to raise poise a bit if they're switched out.
