The level's a bit high, but most gankers I've found are around level 160 or above.
Darkmoon Blade could be switched out for another miracle, if you want a different covenant, (I'd go with another Sunlight Blade or WoG, maybe switching out TWoP along with it and using Vow of Silence instead) but the Darkmoon seems active at this level.
The Gauntlets of Thorns are there to cancel backstab damage by rolling into the other person before the animation starts. You could probably get a bit more defense/poise by switching them out, though.
