This is my take on an SL125 Crimson Reaper build, even though I have it as a chaos servant, you could easily make it a dark wraith. The Life-hunt scythe is a great weapon for stacking up bleed and staggering the enemy, while the fury swrod should be used 2-handed for the wide sweeping arc and humanity should be kept at 10+ to ensure high damage. The Chaos Pyromancies are more there for the Red Soapstone PvP, and you could drop Attunement if you felt you need more Vitality, Endurance or Dex.
Note: You can choose to swap either ring for Bloodbite ring, but you will be sacrificing the ability to fast roll.
