This build focuses on taking advantage of bonus damage you get from when you get from when you attack a person while in the animation of a guard break, or a when you bounce off when you stike a person with Havel's Shield buff or a Strong magic shield buffed shield
Playstyle
You goal is to get your opponent to strike you while you have Havel's Shield buff active or get them to strike you while you have your shield up with the Strong Magic Shield buff active so they might bounce off and mid animation, you strike with your weapon so that you get the bonus damage with that. But when your opponent notices that there attacks are not effective, they might keep there distance till your buff runs off. To resolve that I've had installed pyromancery---fire surge is good for scaling which is a good way to get your opponent to try and attack, you can use other pyromanciers such as Great Cumbustion for Scaling or Black Flame for Guard Break.
Weapons
I generally would list but its a little to long and choice of weapon does need a little explination---You may use w.e you like BUT you need the 34 STR requirement so you can main hand 2 hand Havel's Shield. I use dex for efficant weapons which is probably what I would recommend since they can strike much quicker so that you might get the bonus damage every time. A STR weapon, you gotta predict when their gonna strike so you can attack as well and have them bounce off and u land hit mid-animation.
Armor
You whatever you like, it won't matter while you have Havel's Shield buff on. I'm mid-rolling only because the fact that I not gonna be rolling all around when I can tank the hits and watch them bounce off and I got Strong Magic Shield so I won't be worried much about magic.
