Just designed this for PvE use. I found the Elite Knight set as pretty much the strongest medium armour set but i desire a fast roll so i put in my some pieces of (in my opinion) the best light armour in the game. Does require both Havels and RoFaP but it is just a basic idea and ive never designed builds before
