This stoic soldier is a heavily armored Knight of the Sanctitas Order, a militant organization dedicated to the hunting and destruction of magic users of all kinds. Founded long ago by the legendary hero Anti-Mage, the Order preaches of obtaining human perfection through discipline and focus, rather than attempting to obtain power through the "evil" mediums of magic. The knights are armored to resist all forms of magic, be it sorcery, pyromancy, or even corrupted miracles. The Knight wears the Speckled Stoneplate ring into encounters with the unknown, but can switch to the Spell Stoneplate ring, the Flame Stoneplate ring, or the Thunder Stoneplate ring depending on the nature of the magic-user.
