This build's theme is Guile and Disruption. Use the various mists to either A) poison and toxic your opponent B) Blind them and allow you to charge through unnoticed (Mostly) C) Deny them area control.
Hidden Weapon is to maake them guess at what weapon you are using. Knowledge is power, and if you deny them knowledge you deny them power. Not to mention parrying gets REALLY hard when you cant see the weapon.
This Build has some poise thrown in so that it can withstand some of those Dex weapon hits (one of them) and the cloranthy ring to enhance stamina regen. Why not a blossom? Well, blossoms fade, and i needed to put A ring on the build. So boom, done.
