Ever banged your toe against a chair/door/wall or in fact just something edgy? Does it hurt?
The answer is no, it doesn't and with this build it will hurt even less than nothing.
Princess Ring before casting Replenishment for 13 HP/sec regen with Sanctus.
Washing Pole will allow for a more aggressive playstyle, but can also switch to lets say a Zweihander for a more passive playstyle and to give some breathing room, since most players just aim to roll bs you, which provides that you attack first.
Good weapon choices: Washing Pole, Zweihander, Gravelord Greatsword, Server (7HP per hit/phantomhit), Quelaags Furry[sic] Sword, Great Lord Greatsword, Obsidian Greatsword.
Basically whatever you wanna use, just beware that many weapons (actually most) are utter crap in elemental path.
