Based on trading light hits and smacking your opponent without pause. The goal i guess for this build was to utilize the Butcher's Knife while maintaining parry viability. Hence the Rapier (which has the largest parry window in this case actually). plus i think the black knight armor set looks badass. i only through in the iron bracelts because Reasons.
