This is my "tryhard" build. I really don't like the DWG ring because the flip animation looks stupid, and I dislike the family masks because they look stupid too. After playing this game since release I'm more concerned with how my character looks than the actual results. That being said the build is pretty good, or at the very least I am successful with it.
Not really min/maxed, but this is as close as it gets for me. Weapons are what I often use, but I change them around a lot (armor too). Other weapons I use with this build a lot are the claymore, winged spear, halberd, and shotel.
Composite bow gets swapped in fight with pyro flame depending on the situation. Iron leggings can be swapped with chain leggings which will hit 53 poise and save weight.
Shield can be grass crest or crest, depending on the opponent.
I have a lot of usernames on PSN and I use them equally, so if you see this build it is probably me.
