Partial roleplay build. Krieg isnt essentially optimized for PVP so much as the armor is purely for his style/image. But from the castings you can clearly see he is designed to counter-act many caster Builds. The WoW (Way of White; The Church) have deemed all Hollow Casters, Witches, and as such have commissioned Krieg to enter Lordran and clean up their holy land.
