With about 900 AR, this build hits hard. Ain't no screwing around with him in up front combat. The 1HR2 can surprise so many people with range, attack area, and dead angling ability. Dark Bead isn't mandatory, but very useful, especially with the damage scaling from the Manus Catalyst. It's possible to swap the Manus Catalyst out for something like Beatrice and use a traditional spell for the second slot, and swap out the Witch Hat for something with poise, but I love that Manus Cat and the Hat.
