A well balanced pyromancer/assassin hybrid class that does well in both pve and pvp. The Darkmoon Bow can be substituted for a Dragonslayer Greatbow or a second pyromancy flame. The Iaito can be subbed for Priscilla's Dagger or a number of other weapons. As for the Grass Crest Shield, I would also recommend subbing it for the Bloodshield for better resistances if that's what you're aiming for, or the Dark Hand if you plan on using the Dragonslayer Greatbow just to keep within the weight constraint limits of the Dark Wood Grain Ring, because it won't work with any other shield while the greatbow is equipped.
