This build is a very easy to use build. Your weapon set is well balanced. The Moonlight GS's R2 attack are great and can catch people off guard. You have enough poise to take a 2 handed atk from a greatsword. You almost have the rapier to handle those poise stacked players and rollers. You can switch the wolf ring for Leo or hornet when needed.
Strategy- pop a green blossom and have lots of repair powder. Start the fight holding your rapier. And cast CHSM and CSS. Then switch to shield and play with then a little with the rapier. They'll get the idea that your a Leo user or backstabber depending on your own play type. After a little bit get some distance away weapons and R2 them. Most times this catches them off guard and they'll either get hit or roll in a direction leaving then open. Take this opportunity to clobber them. I usually switch to the rapier if I knock them down. The running r1 with the MGS is great for stunning enemies. The heater shield is just a favorite of mine for the 100% physical def and only 2 weight. I can sometimes get a riposte and switch to the rapier for good dmg.
