For this build I basically set out to make a sneaky/stealthy assassin. I don't care how viable stealth is or isn't. This is a concept build for fun with some cheap underhanded PVP tactics.
We ninja flip with the demon spear cause we are douchbags, and we keep a hornet ring handy for backstab fishing with the Rapier.
If you are not backstab/parry fishing, you should be using the Wolf Ring instead of Hornet, to break the 53 poise barrier. You can also swap in a Leo Ring if you feel like it.
A strength of 28 means you can one hand Murakumo for PVE purposes (albeit at a mid roll.) Also the 28/40 quality setup benefits the Demon's Spear
Mathematics: Quality Scaling Spear + Ninja Flip (Or Leo Ring) + Longest Range In The Game = OP
Hidden Body and Weapon are self explanatory, while not perfect you can sneak up on someone with a Bandit's Knife and give em' the biz.
