A build focused on pvp but also really good on pve. I didn't work much on the armor option, just so you know...
Make sure you begin your game as a Warrior and not as a Thief, so you will have 6 more soul levels you can use.
I maxed out Dexterity but you can use those 6 levels on Strength, to get it to 20, to be able to use the best bows of the game; on Endurance, to be able to wear a better armor or to faith, to use miracles such as Tranquil Walk of Peace.
