Pure hp build focused on bleeding the enemy. Can swap shield for bloodshield etc.
Decent poise, and pyro spells(add more attunement if needed, more of a flavor option)
If you favor one of the bleed weapons over the other instead of having versatility you can drop some stats required for each for either more hp or attunement.
Base damage might be low, but with pyro spells and bleed can do heavy damage while tanking with pure hp.
