I'm going for the most authentic appearance here while also trying to make a somewhat viable pvp build. Some creative liberty has been taken but was still kept within the realm of possibility. For example Gandalf never threw a giant fireball in the books or movies but he did however create fire and light on several occasions and stated that he was intentionally using only a small portion of his true power. These things in mind I believe he could cast a similar spell if he wanted to. Constructive criticism welcome and encouraged.
