You can swap out the pyromancy for what you think is best, you have 4 slots. You can also drop down to 1500 HP if you remove the ring of FAP and replace that with Havel's ring, then put a Tower Greatshield. Yes you mid roll, but at 138 poise with a chaos/lightning/whatever Zweihander, you'll do plenty of damage and tank it pretty well.
