The HP on Mugen can only show legit values, but with this build I have my max HP modded down to 1. This means that you will die to pretty much anything. If you get mad easily, you probably shouldn't use this.
Saying that, you'd be surprised how many randoms you can beat. 45 Dex exists on this build for 2 reasons: Faster casting speed and Chaos Blade usage. The CB is one of my favourite weapons for this build, simply because of the 20 HP drain per hit. When you know that your opponent will die on the next hit, swap to CB and finish them for a hilarious double KO. It works better if your opponent hasn't previously fought you and doesn't know about your HP.
If you really want to annoy people, use Power Within. The HP drain is % based, so you'll just end up not taking any damage until the 100th second (which instakills you). To avoid the instakill, use the Sanctus. The Sanctus' HP regen will save you from being killed by Power Within. The drawback to the Sanctus is the 95% physical block. You can't block anything with it. If you aren't planning on using PW (or you just don't care about suicide), go with the Heater Shield for 100% physical.
You can change up the spells to whatever you want. I personally like Soulmass as a way to force the opponent to roll. Dark Bead is just dark bead :P
Fire Surge is great for keeping opponents at a distance. PW Dusk Crown Bellowing Fire Surge will strip off an opponent's life in a hurry, and Combustion will put a huge dent in anybody.
Speaking of Bellowing, you should swap to that against smaller weapons. Against heavier stuff, you can just roll BS them all day with hornet.
In fact, feel free to modify this build to whatever you want. I chose INT because it's a playstyle I'm extremely comfortable with. With base VIT, you have so many stat points to put elsewhere, so the possibilites are endless.
Armour is pointless (you get one shotted anyway), so just play Fashion Souls. Dusk Crown is recommended, however.
