Dual Scimitars to simulate her weapons, although I believe they may just be daggers. In that case you can switch one or two of the weapons to the Bandit's Knife or Dagger. If you wear this armor combo on a female, it's the closest you can look to Katarina. You can also try Chester's coat for a less lewd version.
Havel's Ring for fashion and second slot reserved for anything. Hornet Ring is in place to increase backstab damage. You can also replace it with the Dark Wood Grain Ring for more mobility.
Gravelord Greatsword Dance simulates her ultimate ability, Death Lotus.
