That's a nice quality build. Good for PvP and PvE. You can switch the equipment but in my opinion the Armor of the Sun has the most Sex Appeal :D. I would recommend you to focus on one thing in the normal NG and go on Dex or strength in Ng+. Probably you can just make your Scythe to a Lightning Scythe +4 and spend all your Points in Vitality and Endurance. I did it like that and had a really high AR and really high Hp and End.
