This is a monster character that uses monstrous weapons.
Make use of all your skills and the movesets available!
It is somewhat of a dex/faith build. If you wanted to stop at 75 and no higher you could go to 20 STR to one hand the Obsidian Greatsword. The eventual plan for this character does not increase STR beyond this level.
A Chaos Zweihander +5 and Falchion +15 with the Grass Crest Shield in the right hand is also effective sometimes.
