Here is the redo of my original ninja build, once more taking that nerf of the DWGR into account. If necessary for this and the other ninja builds, feel free to swap to the wolf ring over the DWGR when you see someone with a giant weapon that can move quickly. The point of these builds is to use ninja tactics, whether or not you flip or roll is not all that important.
