This build made for good pvp and badass lock, with this you can parry\\blocking and get stamina regeneration, also you have Poise so you dont get stunlock on the light weapon and you have good hp and dmg + woth and black flame can brake stamina and give you a chans to kill your aponent fast, also fast roll.
