Design to let you abuse offensive miracles against bosses, even despite their resistant to lightning Sunlight Spear is extremely effective against O&S as it will always stagger them, and I shouldn't even need to explain how it utterly tears to shreds basically any other boss you could be helping out with.
An important thing to consider though is that the Oolacile bosses all handle take split damage like beasts, and Artorias & Manus in particular are incredibly agile meaning this build loses a lot of effectiveness in the AotA content. Outside of it though, it works like a charm.
Weapon choice is up to you, Battle Axe require no additional stat investment so my advice is make a few with different upgrade paths depending on where you're helping out at (Occult in Anor Londo, Divine in Tomb of Giants, etc)
