Very simply put, you buff and kill shit. Co-op at this level is more than easily handled due to Obby having decent damage output even with such minimal investment meanwhile your buffs easily wreck bosses.
PvP is a bit more complicated, you're trading a fair bit of Vitality and defense in exchange for a significant increase in damage output vs Chaos/Lightning stuff, you can optimize the build more by tossing out some End along with the helm/armour for more Attunment slots if you want WotG/TWoP if you aren't one for fashion souls.
