A simple theme build centered around using the Dragon King Greataxe or Dragon Greatsword in Dragon Form.
Sunlight Blade buffs the weapon and, more importantly, it's AoE attack. Wrath of the Gods can help set up attacks, and Power Within is an optional body buff for even more damage.
The Lingering Dragoncrest Ring maximizes the duration of the buffs, but Power Within becomes riskier as well.
Tranquil Walk of Peace could be swapped in over Wrath of the Gods or Power Within if you're feeling incredibly cruel.
Alternatively, the Demon's Greataxe or another Str scaling weapon could be used instead.
