This is a PVP based build revolving around Dexterity and Bleed Damage. If your opponent is using a greatshield and turtling, pull out the Shotels and unleash the pain to lure him out of his shield, then make him bleed with your Chaos Blade. The ninja flips will help you get around and dodge attacks, and the Wolf Ring will give you just enough poise to last one hit from a heavy weapon in case you acually do get hit so you wont get stun locked. Make sure you use your Moss to reduce the bleed build up if it gets to high, or you could use the Shotels for awhile till it goes down. Hit fast, hit hard, make'm bleed!
