Swap Gold Tracer to Ascended Flame +5, Giant Armour to Havel's Armour and Giant Gauntlets to Iron Bracelet in order to wield the Demon Spear off-hand in place of the Ascended Flame +5 with 61 poise while still keeping weight low enough to fast roll.
Swap Chaos Blade to +15 Flamberge or Claymore if you want to stunlock. Moveswap between Flamberge/Claymore and Gold Tracer is especially vicious as is quick-swapping into Gold Tracer to finish after the initial stagger.
Swap Lingering Ring then use Power Within to give yourself 150 seconds of sweet Stamina regen and damage buffs with reduced leech (swapping Havel's Ring back in immediately after). You can even swap in Sanctus over Grass Crest Shield to further reduce PW's effective leech.
