This is the an improved version of my old strength build. I'm sure I'm not the first one to set this up like this, but it's a build I did come up with on my own.
The goal of this build isn't really to wield all of those massive 22 unit weapons in one hand, but it does provide access to them if necessary (Dragon King Greataxe/Dragon Greatsword are great for gankspanking).
I guess I'll explain my setup. The armor is mostly a Fashion Souls choice (Knight Armor does provide the same poise for 2 units less weight), so mix and match as you see fit. I use the Grass Crest Shield since swinging around ultra greatswords drains your stamina pretty quick, so it's best to have maximum stamina regen to keep up with your opponent. I always like to make sure I have a quick backstab/parry fishing weapon on me if I encounter an asshole player/ganker, so that's why I have the Chaos Bandit's Knife.
A lighter weapon configuration would be something like Large Club/Manserpent Greatsword/Zwei/Gravelord Sword + Hand Axe/Chaos Rapier. Those are the ones I use, anyways.
Moral of the store: flippy dex builds aren't everything. You can still light roll and smack people with big weapons, too. It's a bit of a challenge, too.
Oh, and I know Dark Souls is about to die, but whatever. I'll be enjoying it while I can.
