All spells benefit from both Dusk's Crown and Bellowing Dragoncrest Ring, cast Power Within and Crystal Soul Mass before fight, Fire Surge for medium range, Shotgun and Combustion for close quarter combat. Chaos Rapier used for backstab/riposte when low on magic casts. Reduce vitality/endurance and intelligence and switch to Oolacile Ivory Catalyst to make this an effective low level pvp build.
