OK,so the armor set up looks pretty decent in my opinion. You can play with it a bit if you like to do a few different things.
It's a mid roll, but has good poise and the MK will stunlock most things before they'll get you if that's a concern. You can wolf ring to over 40 if you'd like instead of cloranthy. Or you can Hornet if you're just a terrible person.
If you run into a caster, I like to drop the BK armor and toss on Havel's ring to quick roll so I can avoid dark magic spam.
Also, if you want crazy pyro power, you can lose the parry dagger add the crown of dusk and a bellowing dragon ring. You'll just have to rely on munching grass a bit more.
I was grave lording dukes with great success and having fun in the burg as well.
