Primary goal is to use miracles. minimal stats to use an Occult Iaito, or Uchigatana (personal preference). Hit for high damage with WOG and crazy high damage with Sunlight Spear (if you can hit).
This build can easily change to your liking or preference. You can switch replenishment for TWOP, but this is a "noob" strategy (fair warning).
All in all, the build is challenging in PvP, but is a ton of fun. I suggest you give it a shot.
