Build is self-explanatory, made for invading in earlier areas like Berg & Parish. If you're invading in later areas you can level yourself as appropriate, boosting Vit is advised since being able to trade hits usually means winning.
62 poise is the best break point if you want to fast roll, you can go past 76 if you're comfortable mid rolling, you only need to get close enough to TWOP + Bead anyway so rolling isn't terrible important.
