The objective? Two lighting fast hand axes, with chaos and lighting damage. I think the build speaks for itself. You're ideally supposed to sit there and get as many combo hits as possible while tanking your opponent's blows... and look cool while doing it (Hence the Royal Helm). Pyro for keeping distance, or closing it, and grass crest fro when you need to catch your breath.
