I use the DWGR to add mobility to help deal with those tanks however it can be swapped out for a wolf ring which ill give you 61 poise...or whatever else you choose.
Chameleon is always useful if you can master it. It will help you throw your opponent off which can mean the time necessary to regenerate the health you need to finish him off, also useful to set up attacks.
