This is my stunlocking Tank build, which I use in all forms of the game. Most notably PVP.
It's worthy of note that I can win virtually any PVP fight with this build. There is no luck involved. You make use of the mid-roll, and just stun-lock all day. There is plenty of defense against it...using a shield...rolling away. If you get caught then it's your funeral. (The extremely rare occasions I do die, are due to me getting greedy....it happens to the best of us.)
