This build is by far my favorite, i didn't mean to make one i just decided to do this and i loved it, i was winning one after another in pvp by a long shot, but i do have 200+ hours under me, some tips its a uchigatana so it has bleed so if you're fighting a turtler of major blocker keep hitting them to build it up plus its occult so you're gunna be doing about 50 damage threw the shield as it is, against mages be as aggressive as you can but keep a tiny bit of stamina just in case you need to roll, my favorite places to invade are new londo ruins and the sage demon just because WoTG works wonders there. and this class has amazing poise and you can still fast roll.
