Remember to be Cursed along with Dusk Crown Ring for 25% Max HP, so that Power Within's damage and Sanctus' heal cancel each other out, and also below 20% HP for Red Tearstone Ring.
Greatsword upgraded down Crystal path is optional, and feel free to change the weapon and adjust Strength accordingly.
To get the full damage output, cast Power Within and buff the Greatsword with Sunlight Blade or Darkmoon Blade.
Vow of Silence and Gravelord Sword Dance are optional, I only chose the former in desperate situations against WotG spammers and casters and the latter just because of personal preference, it is also good for casting right after Backstabbing or Riposting your opponent since they can't get away. (Hehehe)
