Hit and run build, 850 damage buffed. High poise means you won't get staggered.
Alternatively, you can use the same build but decrease VIT and DEX by 14 & 26 respectively to cut the SL down to 80. It will make the character stonger for it's sl, although you'll get less PvP action.
