This is the strongest possible build you can make at the lowest possible level. It took me a long time to figure it out, but with DS2 coming out so soon, I thought I'd share this with the world. Once the power within stacks with the RTR, your Crystal Soul Spears will hit for over 2900, easily one shotting ANY and ALL enemies. Without PW you're still hitting at about 2000 a CSS. I've gotten 800,000 HP's a few times from enemies I've invaded/been summoned to, which I think signifies they are at max level 700+. Enjoy!
